Fueling ability

i have a 06 6.0 with 5x loader and the rest of the goods. It ran almost a second slower switching from the 100hp setting to the 150hp setting. am i just tapping out the fuel system or any other ideas would be great!!!!!

It quits pulling on the top end kinda like a cummins.

Even if you tap the fuel system out, why would it not produce atleast what it did with the 100hp? Asking for more should not result in less.
