2003 Expedition Code P0232 No Fuel Pressure

2003 Expedition Code P0232 No Fuel Pressure
Unfortunately our 2003 Expedition has failed again, the OBDII Code is P0232 No Fuel Pressure in engine fuel rail.
I have checked most of the obvious items: Fuel, fuses, relays...and with any luck hopefully the fuel pump is not failed.
Please advise of troubleshooting / repair procedures, also a fuel system wiring diagram would be most helpful.
