Fuel pressure check location on a 05 Expedition
Does anyone have any pictures on where to hook up a fuel pressure gauge on a 2005 Ford Expedition. Need to check the pressure. I got a code P0191. I changed the Fuel filter, Fuel pressure sensor and the Fuel driver module. I still can't get the SUV to start. My last thing is the fuel pump system. This SUV does not have a fuse in the box to change (301 - 305) It's not serviceable. Thanks,

Not all engines in that year had the test port. You have to look from one end of the fuel rail around to the other. You are looking for a fitting that looks like a tire stem, it might even have a plastic cap still on it.
If you do NOT have the test port, the only way to test is with special fuel pressure testing equipment. You undo the high pressure line at the rail and the kit inserts as a T fitting for a gauge.
The specs are:
key on, engine off 35-45 psi
Engine running: 28-45 psi

Your truck should have a "Returnless" fuel system. Therefore no test port. A good scan tool can display the fuel pressure PID that the PCM is seeing.
Might want to spray some starting fluid into the intake to see if it fires up. If it doesn't you may have an ignition problem keeping it from starting.
