truck starting problems HELP!
First off my truck is a 1994 f350 4x4 460 I started the truck for the first time in the morning would drive it turn off truck run into store come out and go to start truck and starter would drag as if battery was low replaced starter it checked out bad truck did same thing replaced battery with new optima red top started up right away drove home turned off tried to start it right after starter draged again waited a few hours went to start it and it started. I had part store run a check on alternator checked out good. Anybody have any Idea.

94 starting problems.
Had the same problems with my 97 Explorer. New battery, six month old starter. Would start three or four times, just going shopping etc., and when it came to the last stop, wouldn't start. Changed the negative battery cable, from the battery to the starter body, turned out to be enough rust on the connections to allow only a trickle back into the battery. Have not had a problem since, even in this -30 cold!
