full rebuild but pistons rods and cam where still in spec so they got standard barrings and pollished the crank and had 2 sleeves put in (cavatation issues )
also a new oil pump full felpro gasket set and new injectors and fairly new IP pump (money is running short ) freez plugs .. basicly a stock rebuild with a turbo soon to be added once i figure out how to get oil to it
nope did not need one maybe the one onwer befor me changed it idk but i do know it was still in spec so i did not mess with it since a lifter and cam cost $600+ i just reused the cam i have it was sill in the green as far as allowable where my motor guy at the mechince shope also got the same answers also the berring where fine even after i put 100k miles on here ( as a N/A motor and 90% of it was slow hyghways speeds truck only saw hills when i whent on vaca and drove it lol
