I assume you did the Data Log while driving

If this^^^is True those numbers are ALL Biased

The sensors values need to be Taken under these conditions below

OPERATING VALUES
Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
A/C OFF
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
#1-------KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
#2-------Low Idel (truck idel on its own)=record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
#3-------High Idel (2500RPM)=record EACH sensor value and POST IT!!
ALL^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ Taken in Park or Nuetral

All the sensor values I have need to be taken under this Condition as they will be the most Accurite

When you take values when driving there is just to much varibles that can come into play and Skew the Results

Like
Speed
Load
was the road Leval or uphill or down hill

so the best way is just in your driveway in Park Nuetral

Data Logs are Good for Intermittened problem Finding

But for general just Post the 3 values per each sensor to start off with

The values in the data log are at 0 MPH but not at operating temps. I will get up to temp and repost the values. Exactly which values do u need?

Oh I see all that in my last post was just general info

So since its a Boost DTC we are Mainly looking at Pressure Sensors and being upto temp may Not affect those unless something shorts out when it gets to Normal operating temp

Since you cleaned those sensors and EGR Valve and cleared the DTC and they Have Not returned you may have Solved the Problem

I wouldnt stress to hard unless the DTC come Back

Keep an eye on on
Boost

I know this thread is OLD but I am having the exact same problem.
When you guys say the EBP value is inferred are you saying that my AE Scanner will never pick up a value on the EBP Signal. I have replaced the Sensor and pigtail with NEW ONES. I have pin tested the 3 wires from the EBP to the PCM connector and they are all connected.

The truck starts right up but has a mis that started suddenly at a stop sign that comes and goes. NO CODES, when i first bought the truck, it ran rough when cold but when it passed like 140 degrees it ran great.

buddy told me FICM was bad even though it passed all the voltage tests.

FICM replaced no help

I did head gaskets, studs, oil cooler, egr welded shut both ends. no tune.

I read that the EBP also controls injector timing in the bible, that is why i am thinking this is my problem, should i buy a PCM?

Thanks, jim
