4 barrell carburetor

I'm wanting to get a 4 barrel carb and intake for my 302. Lmctruck.com doesn't carry what I'm looking for. Where could I get these parts? Another question is, with a 4 barrel carburetor don't you have to have 2 different fuel lines hooked up to the carb? If so, where could I get them and what would i have to do? Thanks for any help.

first off are you looking for an original intake or an aftermarket(new) one? if your wanting a performance/aftermarket intake, look on summit racing Summit Racing - Performance Car and Truck Parts, Accessories and More!

theyll have a bunch to choose from and theres usually a combo kit with a carb and air cleaner etc. also theyll have anything else youll need for that 302. they usually have better prices than jegs.com but you can compare there also.

as far as your fuel line question it would depend on the carb. holley 4 barrels do have two bowls but use a two into one line or like the smaller 600 cfm has a transfer tube so only one hose needs to be put on, also lots of those on summit too. an edelbrock/carter style carb only has one fuel line usually. and most oem carbs use one line also like the motorcraft 4300/4350.

if your wanting to go with a used original theres usually a bunch on craigslist and at swap meets. always salvage too

Go to Autozone. There's probably a 600cfm Edlebrock with electric choke set up on the shelf and they can get you an Edlebrock intake in a couple days. Or order an Edlebrock/ Holley from Summit or Jegs, or Ebay, or just about anywhere that sells autoparts...

FYI.. If you're shopping savvy, you'll notice that LMC Truck overprices aftermarket carbs and intakes. It's a wonder to me why they do that when the most popular aftermarket parts houses like Summit and Jeg's can move them for 40 percent less.
