Navigation questions

So when I ordered my 11' lariat 2 years ago I opted out of getting the navigation touch screen. First question is is the wiring harness there so if I bought a nav unit it would be an easy install? And if I did buy one what brand should I go with? Or is there a chance that anyone on here bought the truck with the nav, doesn't like it and would want to sell it. Any input is appreciated! Thanks!!

For factory, it seems like it's easy as long as you have the right tools:

or not so easy:

If I didn't order my truck with the factory nav, I'd definitely go aftermarket. The integration with the factory components isn't the best but the options seem so much better with aftermarket.
