CD error/ initializing problems

CD error/ initializing problems
Hey Guys,
I have a 2008 F350 6.4L. My seek/scan and volume control on the steering wheel wasnt working along with the air bag light stayed illuminated, so I had the dealer reapair. A new clock spring was replaced and all is fine. NOW the 6 disk player says ''cd error'' and or ''initializing''. I disconected both neutral on batteries (2) and still reads ''cd error'' everytime I get in the truck. Before I have Dealer unplug radio to reset it, is there anything else I can do to correct this?
