CD getting stuck in player
The dealer asked me over the phone if I used "homemade" cd's or "store bought."
It seems as though they are trying to rid themselves of responsibilty for a cheap player.
Homemade cd's usually have a self-adhesive sticker that goes on top and that causes them to be too thick and jam. I don't use the stickers and the ones that jam are the store bought ones.
I can see it coming. They're not going to do anything about it.

Nope, you are not the only one with this problem. Others have reported the same problems with the 6 CD in-dash changer. They are cheap. I've had to "help" my CD's eject with an assist of a very small flat head screwdriver. As the CD player is humming away trying to eject a CD, which isn't coming out, I gently push against the CD and lo and behold, it pops out. Obviously you shouldn't do this while driving..I wait until I am in my driveway. Very frustrating. It doesn't happen all the time..sometimes the little suckers come right out..that's why I haven't taken it in yet..I would like to know if anyone has gotten the unit replaced without the dealer having to actually see the failure..they should take your word for it..it seems fairly common.
