Im planning on redoing my exhaust in the next few weeks putting dual exhaust on it, from your experience any ideas where I can get a nice sounding tip? Something around the 5inch outlets slanted?

Well to start with "duel exhaust"...can you say void my warranty &/or impound me for violating just about every vehicle code in the book?
Tips do not make the "sound", it is the mufflers, length, type & diameter when combined with the pipe diameter that "makes" the final tone.
Make your own ....cardboard and posterboard prototypes, and then the final made out of 16g sheetmetal. You don't want to be in your hybrid next to my lifted 4x4 at a stoplight.. hehehehehe.....
Well for starters, exhaust tips are generally not for sound. A large enough tip can alter the sound and project it however. Still the overall sound has a lot more to do with what kind of muffler you have, and where you choose to have the exhaust exit.
Your original question is difficult to answer because you have left out a lot of information. First off, what kind of truck do you have? Second off, are you considering true duals, or just dual tailpipes? What size exhaust do you have? When you say 5" tips do yo mean tips that fit a 5" exhaust, which is the technically correct term, or do you mean a tip that flares out to 5"
