I can not predict what will happen but I am covered under multiple warrenty and mechnical break down insurance. So if ford does not cover it I will use the my Mechnical break down insureance(GEICO).
I don't see value drop as common problem yet.
I see the fuel problem a bigger problem and I plan to put in a the secondary filteration system when extra money allows.

Hay Guys
My 2011 6.7 has 218000 km (136000 miles) on it and no issues with the dpf. The DPF fluid is frozen stiff every morning I start it here in the wilds of Alberta, and the thing just keeps on tickin. Goes through a regen usually once a day do to the high mileage I run, and never a problem. Questioned the service manager about the filter, and it timing out, the truck will start regening more often when it's plugging up, mine regens every 600 km now and that's what it was doing when I bought the darn thing. All is good.
