well,if ford didn't make then,its aftermarket,i didn't miss typo.i can get that your VERY knowledgeable about ford trucks,BUT most of us are back yard mech,that's why we need this web site.so yes we are going to miss some info,but since your so knowledgeable,i would think you can understand what the topic is about and not over analyze our computer skills.again sorry about being backlashing.
Here's the deal. If this thread did not mention that it was an aftermarket 38 Gal tank than another newbie may come alone and think Ford offered it. Not knowing it is only aftermarket.
So Bill is right in keeping with his style in making sure all know it is aftermarket. In doing so he and you are both helping others that may read this thread somewhere on the net.
