radiator support

hello. i have an 85 f-250 with a 6.9 diesel engine. i've been thinking about installing a front clip from a 92 f-150. my question, is there any differences on a radiator support between the gas and diesel engines?

Yes.... a pretty big difference. You will need a Diesel specific Rad support to complete your swap.

You may also need a Radiator for a 92-97 diesel truck as well.

Your diesel radiator is huge and needs a special support. You will also need to get the correct support to fit the 92, they won't swap. I am not exactly sure of the year splits, but you will need a support from a truck that looks like yours in the front.

The split is 92-97 on the sheet metal. The radiators until 94.5 are the same.
