Today, when I pressed the "voice" button on the steering wheel in order to ask the computer to dial someone on the phone for me, the "bell/chime" was not audible. Further the voice which "repeats" what you say didn't speak BUT the system was correctly making the steps. It dialed the proper number but I couldn't hear the person. I reset my iphone and shut the truck completely off, opened the door and then restarted the truck. Nav/Radio synced with Iphone but got same results noted above.
Any help would be appreciated

It's probably best, she's annoying and bossy to begin with..
You can adjust the volume of the voice prompts (as well as your in-call volume). You can either do it in settings or when the unit is barking commands (volume up/down on steering wheel).
I have found that if you just happen to bu turning the volume down when in 'Sync interaction mode' you won't hear anything the next time you try. Stated differently, there's separate volume setting for audio, Sync, and Phone.
