Hi all, I have a '11 250, 4x4, swb, supercab, 6.2 with 3.73 gears. I am looking at two options.
First option: Procomp stage 2 6" left with fox reservoir shocks.
Second Option: Kelderman stock height air suspension. 4-link in the rear and their air bag setup up front.
I do tow a bit. But at the most its only 7k lbs. So, not a bunch.
Secondly, with 3.73 gears, will that be able to turn 35's? I've got a flowmaster cat-back exhaust and a AFE Stage 2 intake on it. I'm also going to pick up a 5 Star tuner.
Anyhow, I'm looking for some opinions, and whatever else comes my way.
Lifting your truck will kill your fuel mileage. Putting large tires on your truck will kill your fuel mileage. Combining the lift with the tires will seriously kill your fuel mileage.
If you are OK with that, then go for it.
You can put "35's" on your truck with 3.73 gears and it will work, but changing to 4.10 or even 4.30 gears will work better.
