36" or 48" Lokar cable

I need a lil feedback if the Lokar 36" throttle cable will be long enough or will I need the 48". I've got a 2v Holley sitting on the Offy DP now and want to upgrade someday to a 4v when I do the cam.
I can't quite tell if the 36 is gonna be long enough to "wrap around" and come from the fender side. I ask because I can get a good price on the 36 but can't return it except for store credit and they don't offer the 48 at this place.

This is on a 84 F-150 so the heater box is a clearance issue.

I've also read that the Lokar cable bracket is the best way to go.

The 48" is what you need. Easy as pie.

thanks F-250,
I'm gonna get that ordered today and get my exhaust welded up.
I'll let you all know how the Cherry Bomb Pro sounds when I fire it up.
