Yep Oilburners put it together. I've attended 2 so far. Very fun gatherings!
Heres some pics of the truck show and shine from the last one I been to last summer.
4 door, 7.3 5 speed 4x4 Diesel Bronco!
We were 26 trucks at that one. And a few more showed up just for 1 day for that event.

it changes every year. the link i post tells about the IDI weekend for this year. it is gonna be somewhere in Indiana this year.

They have planned quite a few out west, but it never happens. The guys aren't serious enough about it.
I think they've had a few little get togethers, but nothing that lasts a week long, with good activities everyday.
Last summer we had a guy come to MI from California, with his CC full of parts for us. He also won a complete Hypermax exhaust system at the raffle draw to.

Hmmm.... 6-ish hour drive if we stay away from Chicago... hmmm... could camp down in Brown County (think: Smoky Mountains in IN).... hmmm.... They wouldn't just laugh at you if you showed up in a mostly-stock rattle-canned slightly dented former farm truck, would they?
