I have made the decision to put Ivan under the knife around the March timeframe. Will be deleting and tuning, Oil bypass, CAI, turbo back exhaust. I am leaning towards a single stack in the bed. My question to anybody that runs a stack/s. Have you been hassled by local law maybe not directly because of the stack but because the stack may draw attention to the fact that your tuned and thus giving the law a reason to stop you and inspect.

In all honesty its going to attract attention, if your that worried about them dont do the stacks.
I'm guessing ATX in your username is for Austin, TX. If you really want them, I don't see any issues in Texas. Lot's of trucks have them. Won't draw any local LEO's attention, but by some chance if you're around a Federal official that perhaps works for the EPA, you're burned.

You are correct and I live in Hays county which has ZERO emissions, including visual inspections. I was just a little curious for when I make trips to the big cities that does have emissions laws. Didn't want to get hassled by the LEO's when Im on their turf.

Texas doesn't have any emissions that I am aware of. It's only a State Safety Inspection. Inspections on diesels in Texas are such a joke, most shops don't even waste their time. They take your $14 and slap a sticker on your windshield.
