Need help finding clockspring for 97 Ranger
My mechanic informed me that my clockspring needs to be replaced, and I thought I'd see about replacing it myself. Looking at forum posts on FTE, it seems within my capabilities. But I can't seem to find ANY clocksprings on line for any Rangers or Mazda B series except from the dealer. Tried Rock Auto, Checker, AutoZone, Advanced Auto, Dorman, and many others suggested on FTE. Only one I found was from the dealer's site- part # 14A664, with no prefix number, and a cost of $184. Looking for something cheaper. Any help would be appreciated! Joel
