4x4 Selector Dial Light??

4x4 Selector Dial Light??
Is the 4x4 Selector Dial supposed to be illuminated? Specifically, the
"2WD, 4 High, 4Low" lettering. Everything else on the Dash & Instrument Clusters are illuminated. If my bulb is burned out, how do I change it?

everything that is white in this pic lights up in my '00 ex. don't know what light bulbs they take.

My 02 lights up but some times I have to do the trick that makes the auto air work again to make those lights light up.
The trick is
While the excursion is running, flip your lights to automatic then all the way over to on(manual) on the right, then back all the way to the left then lock and unlock your doors then engage the 4x4 high then disengage the you should be lit.
