Timing marks

My timing gear has 1 2 3 S and then a center punch mark, which one of these do I link up the mark on cam gear with?

I found out today the 123S is the part number of crank gear, it just happens to be next to center punch mark and was causing me to second guess where i set it in relation to cam gear.
