AOD Not downshifting

I installled an AOD behind my 302 and just drove it around the block for the first time. The tranny is not getting out of first gear. I have not fully adjusted the Kickdown Rod, but does anyone have any possible causes or troubleshooting tips?

AOD Not downshifting

Driving an AOD with the TV not adjusted can ruin the transmission VERY quickly.
