87 F150 4.9 l6 won't start.

87 F150 4.9 l6 won't start.
I took apart my truck and replaced the flywheel and oil pan, now that I have it back together it's like I'm getting no power to the starter. I've checked the ground and the linkage and its not In Gear. Can anyone please help. Thanks.

First thing I would pull that small slip on wire off the solenoid, and run a jumper wire from the positive battery post to that small, now bare, terminal on the solenoid. See if the engine cranks then, this will give you a great starting point to solve the problem.
