Looking for headers for a 4wd 390ci 1975 f250 highboy, the truck i have has homade duals off of the normal manifold, someone cut into the frame with a torch just to run the pasenger side pipe strait back off of the engine, i know that there are no headers availible through summit, LMC, and most other places that i know to look, personally i think there is no room for headers on the pasenger side, but has anyone built headers or does anyone know of a manufacturer that has produced a set to fit these trucks, a big v-8 needs headers, someone out there has had to have solved this problem.

What makes you say that? Hooker, Hedman, and Flowtech all have headers for your truck available through Summit. I had the Hedmans on the 390 in my '75 Highboy for for over 15 years before the 6BT swap and they fit just fine. The only PITA was having to pull the right one off to change the starter.
If you want a nice set of headers for your 390, try "stans-headers.com". They are not cheap but are nice headers. They make a set for the FE that are a little longer so they clear the crossmember on the highboy. I have a set that I really like. Had them coated also.
Well shoot, everyones proovin me wrong, haha Thanks alot, i never checked online, with them, couldnt find them in there catalog though, so thanks Fordworth, and everyone else!
Hey Dillon I wondered what you ever went with. I have the same situation with the frame being notched out. My exhaust manifolds leak like crazy and Im looking for headers. Im leaning towards Flowtechs or Hedman. I also found some stainless shortys fairly cheap on ebay but Im pretty hesitant about those. Ive heard the long tubes are the way to go.
