I noticed my trucks climate control frequently is turned off after getting in the truck when I used the remote start rather then it being on and in AUTO. Anyone else notice this? Anyone know why it's happening?

All the remote start settings for the climate control are set to AUTO and the climate control will stay in AUTO if I get to the truck before it shuts off BUT if the truck has time to shut off before I get to it I notice the climate power is OFF when I get there.

 

If you scroll through the settings in the trucks display there is an option for the climate control during remote start. One of the options sets it to whatever it was at when the truck was last shut off.
