Sure would be nicer with fresh sneakers on. Just sayin'
LMAO! I can't seem to decide on what I want. A buddy at work just got Duratracs on his Duramax. They look pretty awesome, but spendy and a little too aggressive for my needs.

Have I mentioned they look awesome?
They do too!!! Dick from the MA chapter has them on his F350 reg cab. I am a little envious of them. They look mean in a good way. You are right though, very spendy .......Quiet for such an aggresive tire. Ride smooth too.

Still trying to talk myself out of them..... lmao
Been snowing for a while here too, not much accumulation yet.
I'm not going to help you talk yourself out of them Bob. I wish I had them!!
We have a couple inches here now. Maybe 3 or so. Should be a wonderful ride home in a half hour
I have considered the Duratracs for the Excursion, as it will need new shoes before the winter is up. My only concern is how noisy they will be on road and ride quality
The only opinion I can give is from riding in my buddy's Duramax. It's an 06 extended cab, 4wd, 2500. I rode in it with the crappy all seasons it came with, and quite a few times after he had the Duratracs installed. Ride quality was the same, interior noise went up slightly.
My concerns would be how long they'll last, especially with all the highway driving I do.
I have had good luck with the BFg mud terrains. They last a ton of miles, and are only slightly noisy in the cab.
Hopefully this summer I will get around to the lift for my 04 superduty which will meAn I need to purchase new tires for it. I've been looking at the Toyota open country mt's for a while. 37" tires on 20" wheels limit your applications when u start considering price/longevity/noise/ride quality.
Happy Thursday Island dwellers !! Here comes the heat wave !! Time to wash off the rigs. Be nice to have my two tone truck back. I don't want a white truck any more
