That's why must of us take the four day weekend Bob! Lol
Ha! I can almost guarantee, at some point, I'll get a call just like Saturday! Those guys miss me when I'm away, I think they break stuff on purpose so they can call me in!
Morning Bob and RI. Picked up the truck last night. Looks like I remember with the bed back on. Thanks for the assist Tom!!
We are forecast for rain here. You guys in the snow belt?

Where was the truck, and what did you have done to it?
Luckily, I'm about as far from the snow belt as a RI guy could hope to be. Wind and rain is our forecast.
I'm very close to the water, can't see the beach from where we are, but we can smell the salt in the air when it's warmer. And the wind is a lot worse than it is further inland! We like it though, quiet, but not far from fun stuff.
It's great out here at this time of year, no tourists. We actually just moved here in October, so we're not sure how it will be in the summer. It's a pretty non-party beach, so I'm thinking it'll be OK.
As for power, we haven't lost it yet, even in the high winds we had on Sunday. Either National Grid took high winds into consideration, or we've been lucky, lol.
I do plan on getting at least a 5500w generator though, just in case.
Good evening gang, I must say the wind has been brutal the last couple days. Where is the Indian summer already!!
Hopefully this weekend will not be so windy. I need to sandblast my plow and see how big the holes get. Some are big enough to fit my fist through now. :-(
One day till turkey and stuffing bliss. Happy holidays everyone.
