Cool building. Would make a nice shop. How tall is the ceiling height?

Ceiling is 18' high, and the roof is 2' thick concrete. Looks like about 4,000+ square feet of outside fenced in storage. Pretty sure I'll get it for 25K. Not a bad deal at all, considering what it would cost to replace......
