Ignition Actuator Replacement
I've seen on several threads that I can replace the ignigtion actuator to solve the problem of the ignition/key not returning to the run position after starting. I called the dealer about getting the part (no problem -$10) but he said that I have to pull the steering wheel and disconnect the SRS to do this. Has anyone done an actuator replacement on a 95 F 150? I was hoping to just pull the bottom off the tilt steering column and do it from there, but I don't want to mess with the air bag. Any advice?
