Small block Engine swap

So I have a '89 Bronc with a tired 302 coupled to a 4 speed manual. I have a heavily built 351W on a stand that's just begging to go under the hood. I ran a C6 on the 351W and I remember talking about externally balanced flywheels and ounces and other stuff that I remember just enough about to be dangerous. This should be a super straight forward swap, right?
So my questions:
Are the flywheels the same between the two as far as balance weight?
Is the clutch bolt pattern the same?

Thanks!

Stu

302s built after 1981 where 50oz balance while the 351 has always been 28oz, but both motors share the same crank and trans bolt patterns so flywheels will interchange but you got to use the right balance for the engine.
