boost

just installed my edge 15001 today and run it on level 3 wot.and tried level1 wot.i can only get it to show 15 pounds of boost on the guage.what should i be getting on stock turbo?
im thinking maybe a boost leak somewhere or maybe the sensor is not working right that the edge reads boost from.
my egts stayed 800-1000on wot.at cruising they stayed around 4-500.i thought i read somewhere that if you have a boost leak your egts would be higher?

Your Edge reads from the MAP sensor if you did not install another sensor. 15-18 psi is what the stock system usually runs. A stock turbo should be able to pull 24-25 psi with tuning. You don't have a boost fooler do you? If so, you will never read higher than it allows.

no i dont have a boost fooler.i thought maybe the progamer would allow higher boost.i will have to mess around with it a little more.didnt have time to today cause the caliper froze up in rear on way to walmart.thanks for the help at least it seems to be right in line with where it should be.
i know even on level 1 it really helped the throttle response.
