Battery Charging Question
If I had to charge the batteries, Do you charge only the primary battery or do you charge both?

If. You charge one your charging both. But just for giggles I may alternate.

But if there very dead I will unhook cables and charge individually

Since the batteries are connected in parallel, you can connect the charger to either battery and it will charge both.
