SCT Question

I have a SCT (I think it is the 3015). I have a missing EGR cooler(2006 F250) and used it to turn off the light. I don't have it set to increase the power at all, just for the EGR deal.

My wife drives a 2006 Expedition.

Can I hook that up to her Expedition to read the codes or will the SCT be locked to my truck? If it will work will it use one of the unlocks just checking the codes on her car?

I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

You can read codes with it but, of course, with it locked to one vehicle you just won't be able to program another vehicle.
