Thanks Guys! No ,I used everything that was there from the start. It's all pretty new and WAS working just fine. We are closed Sunday and Mondays and me and Bobby will go into it then. Bobby worked with Hubert Platt for ten years and knows his way around Fords. We still have to make a living. The only thing that wasn't there originally is the clutch actuator arm. It got lost at the paint shop. After searching all of the N. Ga. mountains I finally found another that looks and fits just like the original. Like I said before, I can see the pp coming away from the clutch so I'm pretty anxious to get back into this and see what's going on.. THANKS, I'll keep ya'll informed.

I think that if you pull the tranny and measure from the transmission mounting face of the bell housing to the disk hub and compare it to the length of the tranny input shaft housing I think you'll find your problem. If you don't think that is the problem, you could loosen the tranny mounting bolts and pry it back 1/4" then depress the clutch and see if the disk is free. If it is then finish pulling the tranny while you wait for the right disk to arrive.

O.K. ,Going by what I saw on the other thread we may now know what the problem is. I honestly don't know whether the disc is 10" or 11". What is known is it's the same diameter as the pp. (I do remember that) Know what I'll be doing this weekend!
