Injector Sleeve leaking
2005 6.0. I have my heads at the machine shop because I got tired of the minor puking while towing. Other than that my truck ran awesome. Passenger side pressure tested good so he's flattening it tomorrow. Driver side Cylinder 2 has a leaking injector sleeve. He said during the pressure test it was "dropping from 45 psi very very slow, but I could see a little air moving around in there" (his words). So my question is this: Do I replace just that one or all 8? Also do I need the removal tool or can I get to them from the face of the head with a small socket and rap them out? My heads aren't in front of me at the moment. I know I'm not paying for the Whitiker tool so if I'm using a tool for one time use it will be homeade. I've seen really good prices on the tool for the DT466 sleeves but I don't think they'll work on the 365. Thanks.

And ask that question again.
Most of the guys will tell you to replace the head. This is do to the reliability
of the cup replacement that most shops can do. They leak more after.
