Rough Running 05

I have a 2005 F250 automatic, 6.0, with 139,000 miles on it. Done some upgrades this spring to the engine.
Replaced the oil cooler, EGR cooler,STC fitting, oil tubes for the turbo, water filtration system. Ran fine until about month and a half ago starts great. If I don't let the engine get to operating temp it spits and sputters and (jerks once in a while), when you pull out and give it fuel. But when you give more fuel it will smooth out for the most part. Even at 65 if you just crack the fuel you can still fill a little roughness. Changed fuel filters, fuel, seafoam, water remover, and one have any suggestions? No codes, no check engine lights.

A Gauge setup will pay for itself here

I use a ScanGaugeII

there are other gauges that work great to but better post what one your getting as some gauges wont do what you need it to

Check FICM--Batterys--Alternator to start with

No I don't think it's the tranny. But I will check the FICM, batteries, starter, alternator tomorrow. Thanks

Pretty sure the key trick does not work on these fords.

Scan gauge II will be your best friend.

I've used Rotella 15W-40 every since I got the truck. Not knowing what the previous 2 owners used.
