I don't know if I would waste my time with it. Really is a better idea to cry once and get bellowed up-pipes.

Honestly it is better to drop it. Other than that you can remove the turbo.

I don't know if I would try to flare the pipes or not. If they have been leaking and are grooved on the ends, they may split when you try to flare them. If you fab a set of bellowed pipes, you will have to drop the trans.

What I've done with my trucks is this:
Put a large diameter section of solid rod or heavy wall pipe in a vise to use as an anvil. Next slide the up pipe over the anvil and with hammer reshape the up pipe. Using a felt marker, mark a line around the circumference of the up pipe and as you reshape the pipe the marker will be remove and will aid in shaping uniformity. Keep your doughnut handy to test fit it as it should fit snuggly when done. Don't hit too hard, just enough to reshape and remove any abrasion caused by the doughnuts. Once your happy with the snug fit coat with high temp anti-seize paste. Other thing I did was grind off (best to do at machine shop), I used calipers and grinder.... Some face material on the doughnut clamp (thickness) so it can bolt tighter to the doughnut/collector interface. Remember to coat everything, bolts, doughnuts etc with high temp anti-seize paste.
