What causes the white smoke from the 6.4 at times?

Moisture build up in the CAC most of the time.

Starting a regen and the exhaust is still cold but hot enough for the regen..along with the water buildup.

Start paying attention to the 18 wheelers on the road and you will see some of the same now.
