A better method is to measure for wheelbase from the front hub.
I'm curious to know the purpose of the question.. ya installing a 4-link or something? Then you shouldda marked the frame with a plumb bob from the center of the axle tube.
I am putting a link suspension on it with a cantilever air bag setup and a ranger 8.8 I'm almost done with a cv swap that is why I'm using a 8.8 for the lug pattern and disk rear just didn't know if the bump stops where a measuring point or not to square up a frame when bent (my frame is not bent)
Personally I wouldn't use the bumpstop hole to establish the wheelbase nor to square the rear end. Since it's a link setup and I assuming has some adjustablility, I'd measure the front hub to the rear hub to get it close and fine tune from there.
