I have a 1995 F150 5.0 4x4 with a bad 4r70w, I have a complete 1991 F150 parts truck 5.8 with an E4OD. Can I use the E4OD in the 1995? Any pointers on what I need to strip out of the 1991?

No you can not.

1. The 1995 computer is not for the E4OD.
---A. the 1991 is a push-start system with the Gray ICM.
---B. the 1995 is a CCD system with the black ICM.
2. The wiring and plugs are different.
3. There is a damper diode problem on the 94-95 change years.
4. They use different solenoids and sensors.
