Broken timing chain

I am the owner of a 2000 Lincoln Navigator with a 5.4l v32 intech v8 engine. My truck cut off in the street and stopped running one day and hasn't cranked since. I removed the valve and timing chain cover and discovered that the timing chain is broke. Is there anyone out there who could tell me how to uninstall the broken timing chain and then reinstall a new timing chain? Actually, there are two timing chains. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You have more problems than just a broken chain.

Your 5.4 is an interference engine. When the timing chain(s) break, the piston to valve clearance is such that major internal engine damage likely occured. Time to rebuild or replace. How many miles are on the truck?

Broken timing chain

I have a little over 180,000 miles on the lincoln navigator. Also, I really appreciate your extra advice. Thanks!
