The aircraft hangar at work is coated with slick white paint. Combine water and engine oil from DC-6's and C-46's its slick. I almost destroyed an 80 grand precision R-2800 aircraft engine cause the forklift just would not stop turn or do anything. Years as an operator I was quick enough to center the forks and get under the pallet it was on and catch it. Personally I'm gonig to paint my floor white and mix in some sand. Works great.

I did construction for a while, and my boss sent me to a class for this stuff called PermaCrete. The stuff is really tough, and can be any color, texture, or pattern. I think it's pretty cheap too, it wouldn't be more than $500 to do a good size garage. I'm fairly sure they have a guarantee on it, your concrete will give out before this stuff.
