Auto enginuity not connecting

Went use my AE today, and the software had an issue, I reinstalled it, I have the ford enhanced package, it sees the pro line connector but I can't communicate with the truck. I use my dashboss and scangauge so I know the OBD port is working, does anyone have the settings I should be using in the communications config screen? I tried USB/ auto detect. Then on vehicle interface I have type I tried CAN/ j1850pwm.

How I have my AE set. In "conig settings" I don't use "Auto Detect", I have it set to "USB or Set Serial Port", then "CAN" selected, and "OBDII Compliant".

The first 2 minutes of this video shows my AE settings.

I use the OBD port for my other devices, could the fuse be an issue if I can utilize my dashboss and scanguage?

I'll check it out, it is frustrating, I need to pull some abs codes and end up troubleshooting the tool instead. I was able to connect the AE to my othe vehicle here with out a problem so it looks isolated to my truck. Thanks for the tips

Ok so to update, I went out and tried it again this am, now it is working, the only difference is the laptop was fully charged, last evening it was on my extension cord from my house to recharge it while trying to connect, it must have been causing some sort of interference. Pulled some codes C1175 which is why my ABS light was on on my trip, then B1352,B1359,B1360,U1900 all of which I am 99% has to do with my turbo timer when it kills all power but keeps power to the PCM to keep engine running till Egt hits 400. Thanks for the help guys.
