C-4 cooling lines

Greetings,

I have a Ford C-4 transmission installed in my Ford F-1. I am now uncertain which way the fluid cooling lines are hooked up. Does the inlet to the transmission from the radiator/cooler enter the transmission from the rear or front fitting on the transmission ?? I.E., does the cooled fluid enter the transmission from the front or rear fitting.
Thanks

The rear line on the transmission is the return line from the cooler

Found this post and thought this was a good spot to ask this question. I need a set of tranny cooler lines for a C4 1973 f100.
LMC has a set but it list them as (76-79) Will these fit earlier models?
If not anyone no a source for these?
Thanks

I use 5/16 brake/fuel line.

The nuts usually fit both transmission and radiator.

A 5' section will do one line.

If you can find the lines that have an external coil they bend very easily.
