Once everything (both exterior and interior) is removed from an '84 F-Series cab, how different is it from an '88's? What I am asking is: Can I swap eveything (concerning the cab) from my '88 F-250 to a totally stripped '84 cab? I want to know EVERY little difference between the two, if there is any. . . Thank you all very much for your time.
Not sure if there is a difference either. You may want to compare the firewalls though if you will be using the dash assembly from the 88 into the 84. Not sure when Ford switched to the hydraulicly actuated clutch from the mechanically (rods) actuated clutch setup; it may or may not be a factor also. The more experienced here will certianly correct my possible erronious input to this thread.
