Anyone ever have turbos spew oil and not take out exhaust sensors? I have a stock f-250 with 93k miles and just lost turbos. My warranty is almost up, just want to know what to look for.
thanks

Intercooler can be full of oil (possible diesel runaway) DPF can be plugged solid.
The turbos were making a grinding noise and then went out completely. The truck had almost no power, then went into limp mode for a 1/4 mile, mph went way down and the truck shut it self off. The dealership said they were spewing oil, they replaced both yesterday. Test drove the truck today and said it fine now. I just drove the truck and everything seemed fine untill, in the middle of accelerating the truck sputtered a couple seconds(around 50 mph). I couldn't get it to do it again. Any ideas? I'm worried about the warranty because it is up the end of this month.

I'd drain the water seperator, and take it back, maybe codes stored.
I've put over 300 highway mile on the truck so far, it seems to be running good. I am worried because it hasn't had a regen yet, before it would come on every 100 miles or so and stay on for about 20 miles. What do you guys think?
