Sm flywheel help??

I just converted to the sm flywheel and it's making that grinding noise, but it goes away at about 850rpms, would it be bad for my truck if I turned the idle speed up to that??? Please help

Turn up your idle. 500 rpm idle isn't normal. Least for none i have ever drove or been around. Most idi's idle from 650-900 rpm depending on hot or cold and what they have been set at
