I need help finding some air hoses for my truck. The hoses have dirt in them and the dirt usually gets in my eyes. I want some new ones, but i can settle for used for the right price and condition. Any help is much appreciated.
If you're refering to the a/c duct hoses, no new ones available. Used only. E-bay or Craigslist is your best bet.
Why not pull and clean yours? It's not that hard.
If your A/C ducts are still in good shape, (not disintegrating into dust) you can clean them.
I just rebuilt the entire A/C system on my project. Fortunately the ducts were in really good shape just totally filthy, I think my parts donor truck came from the dust bowl area, everything under the dash had a 1/4" thick layer of dust on it.
I wanted to preserve the ducts as much as possible because most of these 35+ year old pieces either have already or are starting to fall apart.
I took mine and blew off the loose dust and dirt then took a soft paint brush and dusted the outside of the duct. That still didn't clean them very well. I then did what I was really trying to avoid, got out the soap and water. I washed the ducts inside and out with warm soapy water, rinsed and then set out in the sun, stretched out, to dry.
Then I did what I hope will preserve them and keep them from disintegrating. I got a spray can of black "Plastidip" and sprayed the outside of the ducts with heavy coats of the coating.
After drying, the duct is still very flexible and (hopefully) the coating will protect the duct from disintegrating and falling apart.
Here are some before and after pics of the ducts.
mike, thanks for posting those pics. All I had left in my truck was the bracket screwed to the firewall and the metal spirials... Now I know really what I need. Where does the short rectangle duct go? I have been eyeing fresh air ducts for air cleaners as a replacement.

The short duct is the one that goes from the a/c plenum above the tranmission tunnel to center dash outlets.
Thanks for that Mike! Is it possible to take that shorter duct out without dropping the a/c unit? Mine blows out the vents but I haven't looked at it. If it is in good shape then I may try and coat it like you did. Another thing, where do you guys(number dummy, FMC400 etc) search for parts at dealers?
OK I am shocked! I googled the part # and I found some for sale. I thought no way in heck...
Well poo... Looks like there are lots of 19B680 parts lol
Welcome to the wonderful world of Ford part numbers.
The illustrations only show the "basic" part number. As you've just learned ALL Ford A/C ducts are "19B680". What tells you which duct is the correct one are the prefix and suffix numbers.
The parts you're looking for are:
Duct assy., A/C evaporator to register
Fits 73-up F100-350 w/ integral A/C
LH duct D5TZ-19B680-A
Center D3TZ-19B680-C
No dealer or obsolete supplier have any (I already knew this but double checked anyway)
Best bet is E-bay or Craigslist. I see them for sale fairly often.
