I'm putting new heads in the truck, buhh I'm worried, I've heard with all the new hardware it might cause stress on other parts and might be a problem??

I blew the head gasket and cracked the heads, so all that is gna be brand new, and I heard it may cause stress on pistons/rings

What just replacing the heads? No. If yo were strapping a turbo on it and spooling it to 6000rpm then yeah.

A pair of stock heads on a stock motor is not going to create any issues.

What do you mean? Replace the head and the motor will run like it was running before the problem started. What do you expect?

Obviously the old were broken. New heads will return the motor to it before broken power state. Next figure out why the ole broke. Water pump, clogged radiator, bad thermostat, bad fan clutch. This problem/problems must be addressed or the new will also break eventually. With the age of your machine look at all the above.
